A personal task manager for collecting commitments, organizing projects and choosing what to work on today.
Why it’s here
A long list of everything you could do is different from a plan for today. Things separates incoming tasks, ongoing projects and scheduled commitments so each has a place.
Use project headings for larger pieces of work, then bring the next tasks into Today. Its focus is personal planning: choose it for your own workload rather than assigning tasks to a team.
What you can do
- Break projects into tasks, headings and checklists
- Choose commitments in Today and Upcoming
- Set reminders and repeating tasks
- Keep notes alongside the work they describe
A good fit for
People managing their own projects and routines across Apple devices.
